Abonten GH ("we", "our", "us") provides tools to discover, browse, share and attend events in Ghana. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, organizers and partners.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform.

You agree to use Abonten GH only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Ghanaian and international laws. You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass other users or organizers.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

• You must provide accurate sign-up information.
• You may not share account credentials with third parties.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.

You retain ownership of events and flyers you submit. By submitting content, you grant Abonten GH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote that content within the app and related channels.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any images, copy, or assets you upload, and that they do not violate third-party rights.

Abonten GH may discover, curate, aggregate and publish event information from publicly available sources, organizers, venues, promoters, partners, ticketing platforms, social channels and automated discovery systems.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify information, we do not organize, sponsor, endorse or guarantee third-party events unless expressly stated.

Accuracy

Event details — including dates, times, venues, performers, prices and availability — may change without notice. Always verify important details directly with the organizer before travelling, purchasing tickets or attending.

Submissions (public and private) are reviewed by moderators. We may remove content that is illegal, unsafe, misleading, hateful, or that violates third-party rights. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

Private events are accessible only via the unique invite link generated for them. Organizers are responsible for distributing invites appropriately and complying with applicable privacy and safety laws.

The Abonten GH name, logo, design system, and platform software are owned by Abonten GH. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Some listings, flyers, images, descriptions and promotional materials may originate from third parties. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Where reasonably possible, we attribute information to its original source.

If you are an organizer, venue, promoter or rights holder and believe information shown on Abonten GH is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized or should be modified, contact us for review. We reserve the right to edit, correct or remove listings as appropriate.

Inclusion of an event on Abonten GH does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, approval, verification or certification by Abonten GH.

Abonten GH is currently in beta. Features, maps, recommendations, notifications, listings, AI-generated summaries and discovery tools may contain inaccuracies, delays or omissions as the platform continues to evolve.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abonten GH disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abonten GH and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any event listed on it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
